Mechanical 360 LLC was formally established through discussions beginning in late 2013, with the brand taking shape and launching in early 2014. At that time, a new logo and website were developed to support the introduction of the business and create a professional digital presence from day one. This foundational work defined the company’s identity in the market and provided the platform needed to communicate services clearly, attract customers, and support early growth. Over the past 12 years, that original brand and website foundation has continued to serve as the starting point for ongoing evolution and expansion of Mechanical 360 LLC.

Mechanical 360 Air Conditioning and Heating LLC was facing a challenge common to many growing service businesses: an overwhelming amount of paperwork that slowed daily operations and made organization difficult. MEC Designs developed a custom digital work order system for Mechanical 360 Air Conditioning and Heating LLC to modernize and streamline its service operations through a fully paperless workflow. The platform was designed specifically to support both residential and commercial HVAC service requests while simplifying scheduling, job tracking, taxes, and billing processes.

By tailoring the system to fit Mechanical 360’s existing workflow, MEC Designs helped transform a paper-heavy process into an organized, efficient digital solution. The result was a faster and more user-friendly experience for both staff and customers with support of digital signatures and photo attachements, while also improving accuracy, accessibility, and day-to-day operations.

Mechanical 360 Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC had no centralized way to manage customer support requests. Issues were tracked via phone calls, texts, and emails — leading to lost requests, no accountability, and no visibility into resolution status for clients or the support team. The overhead was impeding the team's ability to perform efficiently.

MEC Designs built a fully custom, self-hosted tech support ticketing system giving clients a professional portal to submit and track support requests online, with agents managing everything through a secure admin dashboard.
